What to know

Pixuna encrypts the file with AES-256 in your browser. If you forget the password, it cannot be recovered by Pixuna.

Print and copy permissions are flags that compliant viewers respect. They are not a strong security boundary.

The pages are copied into a new document, so bookmarks and some interactive features may not be kept.

File handling: This tool runs in your browser. Your PDF is read and processed in the tab on your device, and Pixuna's code does not upload it to a server. You can confirm this in your browser's network panel.
