Merging files with matching headers
Add two or more CSV files and set their order with the arrows. When the first row is a header, Pixuna matches columns by name, ignoring case, not by position, so files with the same columns in a different order still line up.
Choose which columns to keep: all columns from every file, only columns present in every file, or only the first file’s columns. Missing values are left empty. You can add a source_file column to record where each row came from.
Files without headers
Turn off the header option and the tool simply stacks the rows in file order. Make sure the columns line up in every file first, because nothing is matched in this mode.
Removing duplicate rows
The Remove Duplicate Rows tool compares every column by default, or only the columns you list by name or number, such as email or 1,3. Choose whether to keep the first or last occurrence, whether to ignore surrounding spaces, and whether case matters.
The result shows rows before, rows after, and how many were removed. Duplicates are exact matches after your normalization settings; near-duplicates like misspelled names are not detected.
Good practice
Keep the original files, and check a sample of the output. Processing happens in your browser, so very large files can be slow or run out of memory on small devices.
