Why dates are ambiguous
03/04/2024 is 3 April in much of the world and March 4 in the United States. No tool can know which you mean, so Pixuna asks you to choose the input order instead of guessing. The default accepts only year-first dates such as 2024-03-31.
Output formats include ISO (2024-03-31), day or month first with slashes, dotted, short and long month names, and a compact 20240331. Two-digit years from 00 to 69 are read as 2000 to 2069 and 70 to 99 as 1970 to 1999. Impossible dates such as 31 February are left unchanged. Time-of-day is dropped.
Numbers and separators
Choose how your input writes decimals, with a dot as in 1,234.56 or a comma as in 1.234,56, and the separators for the output. You can set a fixed number of decimal places, strip currency and percent symbols, and parenthesized negatives like (45.10) become -45.10.
Rounding uses standard JavaScript number formatting, so check results for financial data where exact rounding rules matter.
Target the right columns
List the columns to convert by name or number, or leave the field blank to try every cell. Cells that do not look like a date or number are left as they were, and the tool reports how many were converted and how many were not recognized so you can spot problems.
